Domaine Germain
About the Winery
Located in Nantoux, just minutes from Meursault in the heart of the Côte d’Or, Domaine Philippe Germain is a family-run estate rooted in passion and tradition. In 1995, Philippe Germain took over the family vineyard, which then covered 9 hectares. Over time, he expanded the estate to 22 hectares, with the help of his nephew Maxime Champaud, who joined him in 2008.
The domaine produces around 120,000 bottles per year, offering wines from prestigious Burgundy appellations. Aged in oak barrels, the wines are approachable in their youth and reflect the elegance of the region.
Committed to sustainable viticulture, the estate avoids herbicides, pesticides, and insecticides, using only non-carcinogenic fungicides. Domaine Philippe Germain is certified HVE level 3 and follows bio-protection practices in all vinification and aging processes, combining tradition with environmental respect.
